Inclusive Innovation Lab

The Inclusive Innovation Lab, powered by the Women’s Leadership Initiative and the WLI Entrepreneurship Committee, brings together accomplished, global industry leaders and seasoned volunteers deeply embedded in the tech startup ecosystem. These mentors, many with rich experience founding and scaling technology startups, will volunteer their time through the Inclusive Innovation Lab to offer targeted guidance and personalized mentorship. Their collective expertise spans ideation, product–market fit, fundraising, and go to market strategies—helping entrepreneurs transform nascent ideas into viable, scalable ventures.

WLI is committed to empowering early stage startups with the support, resources, and connections essential for success. Beyond mentorship, the Inclusive Innovation Lab aims to open doors to investor networks, strategic partnerships, and talent pipelines, readying founders for rapid growth and long term impact. Maintaining a people centered approach, this initiative reduces barriers and fosters equitable access to support and opportunity in the startup world.
